Mandy Wiggins began her career in 2005, working as a Registered Nurse and Nursing Shift Supervisor in the emergency department in Montgomery, Alabama. In 2011, she relocated to Andalusia after finishing her Master of Science in Nursing to begin working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. During this time, she also worked as a Clinical Instructor for the nursing program at Troy University and continues to teach on an intermittent basis based on the school’s needs. In 2022, she transitioned full-time into Cardiology, where she has been serving the community of Andalusia ever since.
