Joshua brings over a decade of nursing experience to his role at Rao Heart & Vascular, with a career that began in 2011 caring for patients in medical-surgical and emergency departments throughout South Alabama. That hands-on experience in some of the most demanding areas of healthcare gave him a deep understanding of patient care under pressure — and a lasting commitment to treating every patient with patience and compassion. After earning his Master of Science in Nursing, Joshua transitioned into advanced practice, working in outpatient and cardiology clinics before joining our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He’s passionate about getting to know his patients, listening closely to their concerns, and working alongside them to build a care plan that fits their life. Joshua looks forward to growing alongside the Rao Heart & Vascular family as he continues his journey in cardiovascular care.
